Below is my newest EO recipe to spray on your sheets right before bed, guaranteed (by me) to put your mind on cloud nine.
You will need:
- 2oz Spray Bottle (I got mine at Central Market)
- 2 Tbs Alcohol
- 20 Drops of Lavender
- 30 Drops of Cedarwood
- 15 Drops of Copaiba
- 5 Drops of Vanilla
After adding the alcohol and oils, stir and fill the rest of the bottle with water. Spray on sheets before bedtime and enjoy restful sleep. Shake well before use.
